home tour part two - lounge room and kitchen

Happy Friday! Hope everyone has been enjoying the beautiful weather here in Australia - Spring is such a magical time.

I'm finally ready to share with you part two of my home tour today - our kitchen, dining and lounge room. Hope you like it!

Also wanted to mention that my home is a great example of how you can style and inject some personality into your home on a low budget. Given this is our first home and we are planning a wedding at the moment, we had limited funds when it came to decorating and purchasing furniture but I still feel like I've been able to finish off my rooms and include the small (but very important) decor pieces like coffee table books, ornaments, cushions etc. Pops of colour really help with this and so do cheap department stores like Kmart and Target who offer funky on-trend items at teeny tiny prices.
