blogmas day twenty one ... hot perth eats

Happy Monday everyone! Today I'm back with another Hot Perth Eats - featuring a few places I've eaten over the last month.

My favourite pizza from Gordon Street Garage, featuring a thin and crispy base topped with fetta, pine nuts, pumpkin, mozzarella and a light tomato sauce. Perfection!!

This was actually Matt's meal from the Rose and Crown Hotel in Guildford. Apparently it was one of the best steak sandwiches he had ever eaten! The courtyard outside the hotel has a really nice atmosphere too - it is lovely and spacious and would be perfect for a big family gathering.

Red wine and pizza from a new local pizza bar which recently opened up in my old neighbourhood, Attadale. The bar (named Dough) reminds me of the old-fashioned Italian cafes you find in Sicily. It's fitted out with an industrial vibe and just has a really simple menu consisting of salad, pizza and platters. The perfect place to bring a bottle of wine and enjoy with friends or family over good food.

One of the best coffees I have had in a long time from Rabbit in the Moon cafe in North Fremantle. This cute cafe is located riverside and would be such a lovely place to relax and read a magazine. I went there with my mum and sister and we shared a croissant and the chilli chorizo scrambled eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly and served with delicious sourdough bread. I also want to come back and try the chia pudding - it looked amazing!

Have you been to any great cafes/restaurants lately?

xx G
